Central Wrestling Conference all-stars announced

WINGATE - The 2008-09 Central Wrestling Conference All-Star team has been released. Clearfield had four representatives - two on the first team and two on the second.
Holden Lowe (130) and Sean Owen (285) got the first-team nods, while Kodie Lowder (112) and Derek Danver (145) were second team selections.

Central Mountain had the most wrestlers make the team. State champions Andrew Alton (140) and Dylan Alton (145) were joined on the first team by teammates Dylan Caprio (135), Jacob Bachman (189) and Glenn Barnes (215).

The other first teamers are DuBois T.J. Stanton (103) and Billy Morrison (160), Bellefonte's Tom Traxler (112), Mitchell Port (119), Shane Alterio (152) and Christian Oberle (171) and Tyrone's Ronnie Garbinsky (125).

Second teamers included Bald Eagle Area's Justin Giedroc (103), Coleman Hoffman (140) and Jon Gingrich (215), Central Mountain's Jordan Rich (125), Tyler Buckwalter (152) and Zach Corl (285), Altoona's Thayne Zimmerman (160) and K.J. Walters (189), Bellefonte's Garrett Singer (135), DuBois' Justin McAninch (171), State College's Scott Bosak (130) and Tyrone's A.J. Schopp (119).
